Another letter… to DA Lee Bollinger and Sheriff Phil Howell regarding the State’s continued withholding of seized evidence that is critical to the defense of the accused.  I am appealing for a federal court order to have this evidence released per my continued requests for discovery.

I have been in a prison for almost a year, and the DA has offered me “deals” that only make my situation worse, so I filed a letter with the Governor’s Clemency Office.
